Feb. 16th, 2012 11:50 pmSo, I'm pretty excited about tomorrow's fieldtrip! It should be interesting, I think, and it's been awhile since I've been involved in something political which is shocking for someone from D.C. to say.
I don't like that those Friends of Humanity people are going to be involved though, ugh. They suck so bad, and have you seen their website? So tacky and so old looking, haha, it's so pathetic.

some new year
Jan. 8th, 2012 04:19 pm2012 officially has, like, another week or two tops to turn things around or else I'm declaring it a fail already.
Did you guys know there were crows around here? I didn't. I mean, I am aware that crows exist and are in the area in general, I guess, but not that they were, like, on our roof and grounds and stuff.
One chased me last night, honest to goodness, before it went after the most weird, dirty-looking mouse I ever saw. Not that I know much about mice anyway but it looked like, I dunno, it'd been through the wringer or something. I think part of its tail was gone and it looked like one of its eyes were gone, but it moved pretty quickly so I can't say for sure. Weird.
But yeah, crows. Chasing me. Almost making mefall off- slip! I may be traumatized.

I am quite possibly the worst person at picking out Hallowe'en costumes. When I was younger my sister would always be the one excited in September about getting a costume and my parents would just end up getting two of whatever she wanted and I'd wear the same thing. I normally hated the twins-must-dress-alike thing but I just went with it for Hallowe'en.
This yeah, however, I want to give it a shot. Only I don't really know where to go or what to do. Does anybody have any tips or help they can offer me? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :)
